Going through my images and found some really cool Door Knobs and Handles. From Philadelphia’s Center City Court Yard, South Philadelphia, to the Junk yard in South Jersey to Valle Forge National Park.
Mixed abstracts that I found interesting on my journey taken from home to and many places I have explored. New Egypt Market, Carbondale, PA, Paxon Hill Farms and the Junk Yard.
I had the opportunity to visit Middle Creek, Pennsylvania. It happen to be a drizzly and quite foggy day. Looks gloomy, but it was a fabulous photo opportunity. The fog lasted until 2pm that day. Enjoy the open space of farm country.
So I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. I took my original images and took them into Topaz to try out some of the filters. I was truly surprised of the results.
I don’t normally take images of the Moon, however I felt these were worth sharing. The one image that speaks to me the most is the Moon over the Ocean on Long Beach Island I shot in June 2020. So peaceful.
My first trip to the John Heinz Wildlife Preserve. What a beautiful place. So pieceful with the birds flying and singing. The colors were gorgeous and the clouds were amazing.
This image was taken out my window seat leaving Philadelphia airport on a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
I enjoyed the yearly trip to the Philadelphia Flower Show 2020. This year it was full of spectacular succulents. I found them fascinating and the colors were so calming. I was also intrigued by the fabric and lines of the Sail Boat Display.
Taking the time to enjoy nature at a time when there wasn’t much else we were allow to do. Loving the young emerging leaves of the hosta plant. I found the lines and shadows intriguing.
This year I really took the opportunity to really enjoy what the Spring has to offer. Due to closures and isolation, It was quite enjoyable
How we got started to becoming a family. Momma Cat brings around her babies. Then another showed up at the door. We are now a family.
Recent trip with the Fairmount Photo Club with fellow Photographers. Lots of terrific People and their families and dogs just strolling around, enjoying the morning. The shadows where just so interesting on this day.
I tried something new in my photographic journey. Tonight I attended a Light Painting event at the Art Musuem of Philadelphia, with a the Fairmount Photo Club.
Not feeling comfortable at all with this new adventure and with the help of a few fellow photographers I was quite surprised at the images I manged to capture. In the future, I will be much more comfortable with the whole process.
I have images submitted into the NAP of Philadelphia Art Exhibit for Employees and family of the City of Philadelphia. I am here with Venue Director Tu Huynh with the images I have submitted. Spent the whole day enjoying the amazing Architecture of City Hall and the surrounding area. Enjoyed the Christmas Village in Love Park of course. Attended the light shows at Comcast and Macy’s and finished it off with dinner a Maggiano’s and treats from Terminis. What a fantasic Day. Want to go back to City Hall, just so much to photograph.
My first time photographing in Central Park, in New York City. It was so much fun and so much to see. Just loved the reflections of the buildings in the water.
Rivets and Fabric took 1st place in Prints, image of the Manhattan Bridge in New York City. The fabric was a Banner that was tattered and torn.
Poppies at night took in 3rd in Prints . First time growing Poppies this year, was happy with the outcome.
An Honorable Mention for the Leaf that was stuck on the window after a rain storm. Just never know what you will see.
Water Reeds – First Place Print Category. Image was taken in Forest City, Pennsylvania in Kennedy Park. Forest City is 25 miles Northeast of Scranton, 4 miles east of Carbondale, PA
The leaves were the winners in a recent photo walk at the Penny Pack Park Environmental Center. The leaves all dropped to the forest bed overnight after the first frost.
1st time bringing my camera to the Classic Car Show. Oh what fun I had. Enjoyed looking at the interiors and under the hoods. Man do these people put alot of money into their cars. The Air brush artwork under the hood was amazing.
Downtown in Center City again. Always something new to photograph.
